Family planning is the practice of controlling the number and timing of children in a family through the use of birth control, education, and other reproductive health services. It empowers individuals and couples to make informed decisions about when and how many children to have, contributing to better health outcomes for both mothers and children. Effective family planning also supports women's education and employment opportunities, leading to improved economic stability and well-being for families and communities.
